All full-time staff at APACC have undergone Safe Zone, Dream Zone, and Victims’ Assistance Team trainings and are available to help students who identify as LGBTQ, undocumented, and/or survivors of relationship violence.

I am BMS Major with the concentration of Anatomy and Physiology. I enjoy spending time with my friends and my family. I am a photographer and graphic designer, I also enjoy hiking, driving(if I had a car), and playing volleyball.

 I am an international student from China. I love creative designing, I enjoy painting, reading and music. It is my pleasure to work with APACC and planning some interesting event! Hello, my name is Ben and i am a fourth year studying Political Science with a minor in History. I was raised in Trinidad, Colorado. The APACC community and the SDSPS has been awesome. I love Avatar the Last Airbender and Star Wars. Sometimes, I even build Legos in the office. I pretty much live in APACC so please say hello.

Aloha everyone!! My name is Tatiana Soon, but feel free to call me Tati. I’m an Island girl born and raised on Maui, Hawai’i. Some of my favorite things to do include hanging out with family and friends, listening to music, watching movies/shows, and so much more! 99% of the time you will find me with my big grey Sony headphones, but still feel free to come and say “Hi”. I am so excited to be part of the APACC staff as one the Chai to understand coordinators. I can’t wait to meet new people and get to know my new APACC staff o’hana (family)!

Hi! I’m Abdu, a Libyan-American student here at APACC. I’m a fourth year Biology major. In my free time, I play Soccer, listen to music and hike. APACC has provided me with an amazing experience and lifelong friends. I’ve been able to become more involveded in CSU in my own way and pave a path for others as well.

Hello. I joined APACC as the Director in July 2010. I have done academic advising, internship coordination and career counseling in my previous jobs at CSU. I’m a first generation college student and third generation Japanese American. I grew up in downtown Denver and Lakewood, Colorado.

Hi all! I am the APACC Assistant Director. I grew up in Aurora, CO, but have also lived in Duluth, MN, Vernon, CT, and Tucson, AZ. I identify as a multiracial, fourth-generation (Yonsei) Japanese American cis-woman. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, baking, taking walks, napping, and being in community with people I appreciate.

Hello! My name is Hiba and I am the student success coordinator for APACC. I am a Third Culture kid, so I am from Morocco but I grew up in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I came to the US as an international students and pursued my degree in higher education. In my free time, I enjoy music, reading and concerts.  I am looking forward to meeting all the students this year and continuing to support the Southwest Asian and North African community at CSU
